Technicore is a partner in the joint venture partnership that was successful in its bid for the project – winning out over 7 other Canadian and International consortia. At $ 235 Million, the project is said to be the largest linear infrastructure project ever tendered in Ontario. Partners Southland Contracting and its affiliate, Mole Constructors, are based in Texas.
